• Graham Micro-Mix Instantaneous Steam Water Heaters can produce upto 120 GPM of Hot Water yet occupy less than six (6) square feet of floor space. Combining our highly efficient Heliflow exchanger & our special blending valve, the Micro-Mix II is capable of supplying hot water at varying flow rates. Accurate to +/- 4 Deg. F.

• The Micro-Mix II is completely self-contained and requires hookup only to steam and water. Steam from 2 PSIG to 250 PSIG can be utilized. There are no electric or pneumatic requirements making this unit ideal for explosive atmospheres.

• Control with the Micro-Mix II is accomplished not by sensing changes in the outlet water temperature but by sensing demand through outlet pressure. This feed forward method of control provides hot water on demand instantly and safely. Valve response is instantaneous!

• The Micro-Mix II incorporates integral safety features for fail-safe operation. Failures will result in cool water or restricted flow.

• The Micro-Mix II heats water on demand. Thus no energy is wasted during idle times. No holding tank is required making this unit very compact compared to tank type heaters. Every Micro-Mix is designed to fit through a standard doorway, minimizing installation costs.

• Every Heliflow Exchanger used on the Micro-Mix II includes ASME Stamp & Construction as part of our ISO9001 compliant Quality Assurance System. Each unit is fully tested before shipment as part of our normal manufacturing procedure. To insure out of carton Top Performance!
