HEAT TRANSFER COILS

Important features that assure quality performance !!

STAGGERED TUBE DESIGN Maximum Heat Transfer Efficiency is provided by staggered tube design utilizing extra heavy copper-lead tube wall and extra heavy return bend wall thickness.

SUPERIOR FIN CONSTRUCTION The exterior edge is straight for better appearance, but the fin surface is corrugated with the Hi-Q design which creates a turbulent flow pattern throughout the coils. The result is maximum turbulence, producing the most efficient heat transfer.

FLAT FIN SURFACE is available if you prefer easier cleaning & less air resistance.

FULL COLLARS Completely covering the coil tubes, full collars on fin contribute materially to the units heat transfer effectiveness.

BRAZED COLLARS Brazing with a high silver content rod guarantees a rugged return bend to tube connection.

FIN COLLAR/TUBE BOND is mechanically-hydraulically produced to assure a complete fin collar/tube bond and maximum heat transfer.
